the quality of the video game and gain good feedback and trust to the gamer.

of Game Tester:
When
games become more and more complex, programmers can't handle all the
testing. That's the time when game publishers need a larger pool for
QA resources and we called it “Quality Assurance”. They employ a
large QA staff for testing games from different developers to provide
on-the-spot QA. And now developers rely on there top caliber Game
Tester who have a high technical knowledge and are game savvy tester
to find the bugs and glitches at a certain game they created.
Employment:
Game
QA testers requires little experience but not limited to high school
diploma with no technical expertise. Game testing is normally a full
time job for experience tester but lately many employees were looking
for temporary staff for beta game mode. The reasons behind this is
that the company is new, the game is in beta, and hiring full time
employee is more expensive compare to part time employee.
Compensation:
Typically
game tester staff are usually paid $8 to $12 per hour depending on
